The month of May was marked by special celebrations across the different centers of the Obras Educativas Padre Giussani. In each Early Childhood Center, educators, children, and staff prepared heartfelt tributes to honor those who play such an important role in the lives of our little ones: their mothers.
The celebrations took different forms, reflecting the identity and creativity of each unit. They included musical performances and dances, shared breakfasts, gift-giving of handmade items created by the children, exhibitions of classroom activities, and moments of sharing between mothers and children—all filled with emotion and expressions of affection that touched both families and educators.
At the Early Childhood Center Etelvina Caetano de Jesus, children welcomed their mothers with hugs, kisses, and great joy in a collective celebration followed by visits to the classrooms and activities prepared especially for them. (Click here to view the photos from Etelvina Caetano de Jesus)

More than simple celebrations, these gatherings strengthen the bond between families and our Obras, highlighting the importance of parents’ participation in children’s daily lives and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
