Representatives of the Obras Educativas Padre Giussani participated in the 2026 Annual Technical Meeting – Cultural Maturity, organized by CDM, a Local Non-Governmental Organization. The event provided a valuable opportunity for learning, reflection, and the exchange of knowledge with organizations working in a variety of communities and fields.
We are grateful to CDM and Aventura de Construir for the opportunity to take part in this meaningful gathering, where participants shared innovative initiatives, methodologies, and best practices developed across different projects and territories.
Over the course of three days, the program featured working group presentations, panel discussions, and collaborative dialogue centered on three main themes: Territorial Theory of Change, Solutions, Pathways, and Impact and Satisfaction Evaluation.
Representing our organization, Fernanda and Mateus participated in sessions focused on institutional communications, impact evaluation, corporate volunteer engagement, transparency, and project management. One of the highlights was the discussion on programs serving children and adolescents, with an emphasis on developing responsible youth leadership and strengthening collaboration among nonprofit organizations, businesses, and public institutions to promote the holistic development of young people. Participants also exchanged experiences on entrepreneurship in underserved communities and strategies for strengthening local networks.
The meeting brought together nonprofit organizations, private-sector partners, academic institutions, and public officials, creating a dynamic environment for collaboration, dialogue, and the sharing of experiences.
The three-day event offered valuable insights and fresh perspectives that will help strengthen our programs and improve the impact of our work. We sincerely thank everyone who shared their knowledge and expertise.
