• Social Vulnerability: Some neighborhoods in the region show high levels of social vulnerability, facing challenges related to poverty, violence, and limited access to essential services.

• Insufficient Infrastructure: Despite recent progress, there are still areas with inadequate infrastructure, limiting access to healthcare, education, and social assistance services.

• Social Participation: There is a need to strengthen the participation of children, adolescents, and their families in deliberative and decision-making spaces related to public policies.
